Shipping and Handling:
We ship all online orders within 3-4 business days. All of our products are priced to include shipping and insurance within the 48 contiguous states. If you would like to arrange a shipment to either Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or U.S. outlying islands, please call (859)-985-2907 or email info@email@example.com or fill out our REQUEST A SHIPPING QUOTE form.
International shipments are currently unavailable.
Shipping is either through UPS or USPS unless other arrangements have been made.
In-store returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it within 14 days for store credit or exchange. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with store receipt.
Online store returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with store receipt. If after 14 days have passed from the date delivered, we cannot accept an exchange or return. All returns must be approved by Top Drawer Gallery. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number from your store receipt. If the item is accepted for return, refunds will be provided less the original shipping cost. Return shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense. Top Drawer Gallery is not responsible for any broken or damaged items shipped by the customer. We highly recommend you insure your return.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must not have been damaged or altered in any way. In addition there are no refunds or returns on gift certificates. Special and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit.
If you receive a damaged product contact us within 2 days of receiving your order so we can file a damage claim. Please retain the box and packing materials for inspection. We will send you a replacement if available or provide you a full refund.
Name and Email Address: We collect this when you sign up for our email list, and we use that list to notify you via email about our products, blog and other activities Top Drawer Gallery may have. This data is stored in a secure third-party service and we do not share this information with other entities.
Postal Address and Phone Numbers: This data is only collected when you place an order and we ship it to you. We store this information in an internal order management system, and again it is secure and not shared with other entities.
Cookies and Third-Party Cookies: As is the case with most websites, we have third-party systems in place that allow us to view how visitors are using our site. These systems also allow us to understand whether you have visited our site before while using the same computer and the same internet browser.
The tracking we have in place does not allow us to identify any individual information, only the computer and browser you are using and your approximate location by city and state. This data is aggregated in a reporting interface simply so we can see where our site visitors are coming from and what things on our site interest them most. These systems do not allow collection of any information that would allow us to identify you personally just from a visit to our website.
